This afternoon we were fortunate enought to take Daniel to his first Yankee game. They were playing the Kansas City Royals so we thought it was just the perfect day to create this memory of Daniel. They are closing the current Yankee Stadium and building a new one right next to the old one. So one day Daniel will be able to say he saw a game in the old Yankee Stadium as well as the new one.
Boy did we have the perfect day! The weather was fabulous as well as our seats. The Yankees won in 13 innings and Daniel did great. He made it to the 8th inning without being cranky and slept on the way in and out of the stadium. We could not have asked for a better day. Here are a few photos from this afternoon....
