Old MacDaniel on the Farm

Once again we visited the Neisen's farms when we are out in the Midwest and once again we had a great time. Thankfully this time Daniel did not almost get eaten by a cow but he did run down the food stall.....

He once again got to see all the animals up close and personally...

And even got to enjoy spending some time with new born kittens....

As well as some one-on-one time with Uncle Glen who gave him the inside scoop on raising cows.....

And no trip is complete to the farm without a swing on a tree....

Or a quick climb up a tree to a tree house....

And a jump on a trampoline.....

All and all another great trip out at the farm. Thanks for the memories!

Give Me My Bottle Back

During our trip to see Mike's family we went to a local homestead which was totally geared to young children. Of course it featured animals to feed and Daniel was all over that like white on rice, especially the baby goats. As you will see you get to feed them via a baby bottle and they come right up to anyone carrying one.

And as anyone knows, goats will eat anything....and I mean anything......

All I could think of was "Oh my God, please don't let this baby goat eat his G-tube cause I have no idea how I am going to explain how and why Daniel's G-Tube got eatten by a goat??" Luckly it didn't and from the smiles he loved doing it.

Ringbearer Daniel

Last week we visited Mike's family in the Midwest to help celebrate his cousin's wedding who was very sweet and asked Daniel to be her ringbearer. It was a fabulous celebration and everyone looked beautiful. Daniel even put on a tux and did his job without a problem. Well, he did put the pillow on his head on the way out of church and the sweet little flower girl had to pull him up and down the aisle. But hey what do you expect....his a guy and our kid. Here's a quick clip of the ringbearer in action.....
